Terms and Conditions (T&C)

1. General

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed through our webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these T&C.

2. Contract Formation

The presentation of products in the webshop does not constitute a legally binding offer but rather an invitation to order.

A contract is only concluded when we confirm your order via email.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT (if applicable).

Additional shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

4. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • PayPal
  • Bank Transfer
  • TWINT

Payment is due at the time of order completion. For bank transfers, orders will only be processed after payment is received.

5. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver within Switzerland and internationally. Delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping method.

  • Switzerland: 1–3 business days
  • International: 5–14 business days

Shipping costs and potential customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Private customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided the goods are unused and in perfect condition.

Returns must be registered in writing beforehand and sent back at the customer’s expense to the following address:

7. Retention of Ownership

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty

Statutory warranty provisions apply. In the event of defects, please contact us immediately upon receiving the goods.

9. Liability

We are only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Any further liability, particularly for indirect damages or consequential damages, is excluded.

10. Data Protection

Your personal data is treated confidentially and used solely in compliance with applicable data protection laws. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law exclusively applies. The place of jurisdiction is Wallisellen in the canton of Zurich.

12. Changes to the T&C

We reserve the right to amend these T&C at any time. The T&C published on our website at the time of order placement shall apply.
